14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full, unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee on all TrueProfit purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, you will receive a complete refund of your purchase price.
The guarantee, plainly stated
Buy TrueProfit. Use it for up to 14 days. If it doesn't work for you — for any reason at all, or for no reason whatsoever — email Paddle at help@paddle.com within 14 days of your purchase date and you'll receive a full refund.

How to request a refund
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:
- Email help@paddle.com within 14 days of your purchase date
- Include your order number (found in your Paddle receipt email)
- State that you'd like a refund — no further explanation needed
Paddle will process your refund within their standard timeline, which is typically 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund has been issued.
After the 14-day period
Refund requests submitted after 14 days of the original purchase date are outside the guarantee window. We are unable to process refunds for purchases more than 14 days old, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
